    The food was absolutely excellent and perfectly presented. The restaurant atmosphere is just right for any occasion too. Lovely dining area with nice lighting and classy decor. The attentive staff were really pleasant and helpful. Obviously they are well trained and offer a high level of customer service. Well done to the Grand Hotel at St Annes on sea. Thank you.

    We arrived 10mins early to enjoy a drink but after being seated at our table, we waited 10mins before we were served. We then waited about a further 10mins before we were told they’d run out of the drinks we’d ordered. Our food then came before our drinks, my husbands ‘pint’ arrived but was in a 2/3rd of a pint glass & were told they’d run didn’t serve pints, but the charge is certainly equivalent to a pint! The horseradish was so hot my husband almost choked. Sadly we won’t be going back.
