Having dinner before a show or event? 🎭
We are located directly across the street from the CIBC theater & within close proximity to several surrounding venues including the Cadillac Palace Theater, Nederlander Theater and Chicago Theater.

To ensure the dinner experience standards we pride ourselves on, please allow at minimum 1.5 hours for your reservation with us.

• For 7:00 PM shows: Last seating at 5:45 PM
• For 7:30 PM shows: Last seating at 6:15 PM
• For 8:00 PM shows: Last seating at 6:45 PM •

After these times, pre-theater guests are welcome to enjoy offerings at the bar. We look forward to making your time with us special!

First time visiting as we came in to see a play. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately one of our steaks was overcooked and there was not enough time to have it redone . For the price, the steak was just average. We tried the side of Mac and Cheese and the noodles were dry and also overcooked.

We were running extremely late but our server was phenomenal with getting us out 15 minutes before our show started. Also food was filling and delicious!

Went for dinner prior to the show at Cadillac Palace. Our server was very mindful of the timing we need and we appreciated that very much. The food was phenomenal, the steaks were cooked to perfection, the ambiance was wonderful, and I will 100% return to The Grillroom!

I love this restaurant. I have eaten here whenever I get into the city. Everyone is professional, but so friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic. The other day we were going to be late because of traffic in the city and the restaurant employee that we spoke with on the phone which just said don't worry that we're going to be late. My reservation is being held. The main thing is my safety.
