   The hostess was borderline rude and sat us inside even though we asked for outside. There was a huge birthday celebration and the music was so loud we could not even have a conversation. The place was beautiful and food was great but when I complained about the noise the waitress said they always keep it very loud in here. Why?

   We are locals and visit this restaurant frequently. I booked reservations for 5:30 because that is all that was available. I even called the restaurant to see if we can come a bit later and was told no you’re fully booked. We waited 15 minutes just to get seated. However, while we were there a ton of open tables were available all the way up until we left an hour and a half later. Secondly, when you implemented the 3% fee on the bill I thought that was not right. So instead you took it off and raised the prices. In my opinion the prices are way too high for the quality food and not in line with Delray Beach. We are not in NYC where 19 is acceptable for a $12 glass of wine. Lastly you add an 18% service charge for the servers. This will work in some situations where people don’t like to tip. But when you normally give 22% it makes the patron angry and often times the server suffers. As a local if you want to stay in business I recommend changing your business model because you’re likely to lose a lot of customers with this approach. It’s season so I’m sure many won’t even notice this. I’m not sure we will be coming back anytime soon.

   We were seated right away in arguably the best table in the restaurant. The server was prompt and the food arrived hot and cooked to perfection despite it being a busy Friday night. Everyone enjoyed their meal and decided before we left we would return. I highly recommend The Hampton Social.

   Our server was amazing and the food is really great, our only disappointment was the 20% service charge put on the bill that didn’t go directly to our server and that we had to add a special tip at the end just for our server

   Great experience at Hampton Social with our waitress Chloe. We had a birthday party and they accommodated our cake in a fridge and brought it out with sparklers for the birthday girl. Great food - truffle fries and shrimp tacos are bomb. Fun place!

   Food was excellent- their fish and chips reminded me of Poppy’s in London! Service was even better - we have a severe allergy in the family and they were very careful about it. Jack was great!

   Been here many times with no issues. This time my wife and I ordered the lobster roll which comes with chips (like French fries) I asked if I can sub for regular fries and was told yes. My wife asked if she could sub for a vegetable and was told yes which she did. When the bill came the waitress added $4.95 for the fries and $10.95 for the vegetable. Not to mention that they applied an 18% tip.I usually give 25% tip but when they demand an 18% tip that is what they get. They dont trust the customer to tip accordingly.

   Food and service was good. Could have been a bit more fun or special for New Years. They needed a few touches to enhance the atmosphere on a holiday night.

    I like the aesthetic here, it’s spot on and interesting atmosphere. Food is pretty good. If it were not for the music I would go often. The music has to go. I don’t like eating to a thumping club beat, it’s too loud and not a relaxing. Everyone has to talk loudly to be heard which exacerbates the problem. When I suggest an adjustment , I’m told the staff has no control over it.
