   We had an amazing experience. The servers are nice very attentive and friendly the atmosphere was so lively and loud.

   Service was 10/10 from the moment we walked in to the time we left. Drinks were fantastic. Food was mediocre. Coming from a Floridian who grew up on the water. Overall, we would come back based on the experience.

   Took 30+ minutes after being seated to get served and greeted. We didn’t even get water from our actual waiter and had to call over a food runner to get water for the table. We were outside and another table sat 15 minutes after us was helped with water and drinks before us. Waiter wasn’t attentive at all until he noticed we were all irritated with the wait time and lack of acknowledgement on his part. Food tasted great, but my order was wrong so I ate a meal I didn’t even order. He finally acknowledged our wait time towards the end and gave us desert on the house. Would recommend for food but service definitely needs improvement. 18% auto tip is absolutely ridiculous considering the terrible service we received.

   The food tasted really good but portions lack for the price. Guessing it’s b/c we were on I-drive and that’s tourist area. The automatic “service charge” of 18% then no way of checking out w/out adding more is what got me. We didn’t know about this til the check came and that explained why we never saw the guy except the time he took our order, when we asked for ketchup and never got it and when he brought the check. These automatic tips give them a sense of entitlement and they don’t want to work for it. Won’t be back. It’s freezing in the restaurant btw so bring a sweater.

   Wait staff very attentive. The 18% service fee is beyond ridiculous. The server said they only got 12% of that amount.. I typically tip 20-25%, however this is beyond just because you’re located on International Drive by the Convention Center. Food overpriced as well. It was good however, not that to die for to pay this prices. I was at a business lunch and I was not responsible for payment, and very disappointed.

    Manager wasn’t overly helpful to arrange our tables .Front staff not overly friendly. Outside table service was confusing with QR code and large group. Our inside group had good service and bill was easy and waiter was great! Overall the food was amazing and the place is beautiful but organizing this wasn’t easy
