   Took my friend here for her birthday. We had a very fun waiter and we ordered a ton of food.. all was delicious.. the beet salad, truffle fries!! Monkey bread, Mac and cheese and the fried fish sandwiches and then we topped it off with the the coconut cream pie- YUM We plan on going back .. it was helpful they are located at old orchard so you can walk off your meal

   Our server was wonderful. Our food was delicious Brussel sprouts and shrimp tacos. Tacos need a warning label for spice level. Really spicy hot!! Vanilla gelato was amazing especially after burning mouth on tacos. Put on our reservation we were celebrating an anniversary but no one seemed to look at it. That was the only disappointment otherwise everything was really good.

   I have been going to this restaurant since it opened in. The new menu is drastically reduced and very limited. The salads on the menu are OK but the selection before was great. To limit the tacos to shrimp eliminates many people who have food allergies. I had the Poke bowl and the Tuna portion was not much. I told the manager that I realized that this was corporate making these decisions.. Although the menu is new there have been others who have complained as well. You have lost me as a customer.

   Love the food and service!!! Joey was great! He provided great recommendations and even told us about the history of Hampton Social! In town visiting college kiddo and will be back in the spring! Hampton Social is definitely on our brunch list when we return !

   Great service- can be a bit loud to talk with a musician and speakers all over the restaurant. Nice happy hour

   We’ve been here multiple times but this time was not as great as we expected. The server was inattentive and seemed very new. The food was just ok and ridiculously expensive for the quality and amount and the menu was paired down quite a bit from our previous visits. We spent over $500 for a very non-memorable experience. The highlight of the meal was the clam chowder which is pretty sad that we liked the soup better than our entree’s. Not sure what’s happening here. We love brunch here but dinner definitely needs some work if it’s going to cost so much.

   We learned that an excellent experience at one location of a chain does not translate to another location. We've enjoyed everything about Hampton Social in River North, so didn't hesitate to make a reservation for 6 for a convenient location to meet for dinner with family members living in the City and the north suburbs and chose Hampton Social at the Old Orchard Center. Our reservation was at 6PM, we chose to place our entree orders right away, without appetizers for the table. Four guests had the smash burger and fries, one had the fish tacos, I had my favorite salad, the Ahi Tuna bowl but always asking for a substitution of the Ahi Tuna for a salmon filet cooked rare. Almost an hour later we were still waiting for our food, though the dining room was not full with every table needing service. When our meals arrived, we asked for more ketchup for everyone at the table for their burgers and fries and the dryness of my salmon needed a condiment too. Again we waited and then one of us got up to actually look for a server to again request ketchup so that she could start eating her burger before it was cold. Our server brought out 3 servings of ketchup, not enough for all that was needed. The bottles of water on the table stood empty, we had to ask for more water. No host ever welcomed us or thanked us for coming. This poor experience at the Hampton Social in Skokie (Old Orchard Center) will not stop us from continuing to dine at Hampton Social in River North, where we are greeted with smiles by the host staff at the desk. a manager comes by the table mid-meal to ask how everything is, and service is efficient to bring out entrees and offer soda refills. We feel like valued customers.
