    We were a table of 5 and shared the Meat Sweats platter, which was delicious!! And we even took some home. Love the atmosphere in here and the food never disappoints!!

    Always amazing food, We're always trying one new item of the sides menu. It's very tasty. And that brisket, omg!!! Don't for the burnt ends.

    Food was fantastic. Brisket, ribs were tender and smoked as were the chicken wings. Delicious and Smokey! Lots of vegetable options to accompany all that meat. And homemade cheesecake was amazing. Casual country kitchen tables. Serving team is welcoming and knowledgeable. Felt like entering a friendly old western saloon with super friendly hospitality.

    The food was not awesome though it was priced as though it were. The waitstaff were very attentive so much so that the young man who was bussing our table stood by my partner while he finished his food so that he could take the plate.

    Overall, it was really nice atmosphere. It was very unique. Food was good. We would definitely go back. However, we were disappointed with the brisket. It was a bit dry and they were out of chicken which we found out after we had decided that’s what we wanted. Overall, I would go back.

    A great place to bring friends and family, food and a great collection of alcoholic beverages. A added bonus was the entertainment from lonesome cowboy. Enjoyed the tunes and the staff was vey accommodating for our large group.

    Beer was good, wine not so much. Ribs over seasoned. Brisket and meatballs dry. Interesting room and idea, foods quality needs a step up.

    We loved the family style dining experience at hatching post. The live music with Jeremy Messenger was awesome, we loved singing along to all his great song selections. Excited to go back.
