   Excellent and lovely evening at The Italiano. Kenneth, who was our convivial server, was outstanding from his exceptional service to his food recommendations to his attentiveness. The entrees were delicious and very substantial. Eddie, an assistant manager was welcoming, gracious, dapper and clearly loves his work. Happy to highly recommend The Italiano for a fabulous dining experience. Special thanks to Kenneth and Eddie. We loved our evening together. Ciao, bello!

   Our server, Giovanni was outstanding as were the food choices. The salmon and shrimp and the spaghetti and meatballs were a delight. Exceptional quality.

   Amazing. Great staff. Fantastic atmosphere. Definitely dress up if you go. Great special occasion place. I went for my birthday and loved it. They even brought out a birthday surprise for me.

   It was our first time to The Italiano and we will be back! The restaurant is beautiful, service exceptional and the food was delicious. We went with another couple and could actually hear each other and have a conversation without shouting. A lovely evening in every way

   The food was delicious. All the staff from our main waiter to others who supported him were friendly and professional. The decor is beautiful, you feel like you’re in Italy. The stuffed eggplant and gnocchi was a great dish! The manager came over to chat with us when he found out about a little snafu with our food, and he along with our waiter were apologetic, and made it right, which is all anyone can ask for. I’ll definitely be back, and quite often! Thanks again for helping me enjoy my birthday celebration :-).

   Fabulously prepared food and over the top service. Super busy hot spot in Scottsdale. Huge very crowded restaurant, reservations are a must! We will be back soon and bring family and friends!

    We chose this restaurant for our anniversary. We made a reservation and arrived 5 minutes early, there was no waiting area, so you stand basically in the hallway, not a good design there if you are waiting for a table, people are trying to get by to exit, or staff going by. We waited about 20 minutes for our table with no where to sit unless we went into the bar. Our server Giovanni was terrific and very attentive. The charred octopus was not to our liking, so sent it back, and the chef agreed something was off. We enjoyed everything else, food was very good, starter was stuffed squash blossoms which were delicious, along with calamari which was average, Main was the short rib with polenta, and short rib lasagna which were very good. The lasagna could feed 3 people it was such a huge piece. The atmosphere is loud, no acoustics so the noise bounces off the ceiling. We felt like we were in a restaurant in Vegas, or NY city. I would not return due to the vibe there, it was not to our liking. We expected to be able to carry on a conversation but it was too noisy and very challenging. They brought us a complimentary piece of cake for our anniversary which was a nice touch. No comparison to our favorite, Avanti.
