   Went for set lunch with friends, great food but service a little slow but it was a busy lunchtime. Been twice now and would definitely go again.

   Amazing atmosphere and decor. Lighting was spot on and great music. The food was really delicious and the cocktails tasted great. Was a fun night out. The staff were excellent and professional. We had the £60 set experience menu which had lots of food. Highly recommend.

   The meal was excellent.We went for the Premium Experience Menu which offered a lovely variety of unusual dishes. The only negative was the timing of our dishes. We had not finished our starter when our main course arrived giving us no time in-between. Then we had a long wait for our 2nd set of drinks and dessert which was not an issue until we were told we had to vacate our table for the next sitting. This meant we had to leave part of our dessert. I asked if there was somewhere we could go to finish our drinks (for example at the bar) but there was no free seating. The timings of our courses was not managed well, somewhat disappointing

   A beautiful restaurant with excellent food spoilt by a constant drum of heavy, repetitive house music. Too loud to even talk to each other. Why not play music that is more in keeping with the style and decor of the restaurant? Having said that, the service and food was impeccable. Please sort out the sounds.

   Service was not good. We had to ask for basics such as jugs of water several times before we actually got what we asked for. On one occasion the waitress snapped at one of our party when she made a simple request. It took a long time to get drinks to the table and one of our party was also left without her food whilst all of us had ours, we were finished our meals by the time hers arrived. Bill arrived with a hefty service charge already added (which we did not pay) along with dishes that had been charged in duplicate so had to be sent back to be redone. All in all not a good experience and none of our party would be keen to return to the venue.

   The food was amazing and can’t fault at all. We sat outside and unfortunately it was the service that let it down. We had to ask multiple times for the wine list and service was just poor in general. Experience was lovely and staff were too but I think they need to give the outside guests as much importance as the inside.

   Love the ivy Asia, different cocktails and delicious food. Service is amazing. Totally recommend if you have a special occasion, or just want to treat yourself.
