   I went there for a friends birthday . Asked for a booth and that was not given but thats fine , Had to wait over 20 minutes to be be seated , over 30 minutes to get drinks , food kept coming out in bits and some was cold , the drinks were good thanks to Henry the manager he went himself and got them , because the staff member we asked said they would check but ended up serving other people , Kept trying to get a staff member for assistance ever though there was many of them, it was like they did not want to provide a service . Overall I was disappointed with my experience and I will not be coming back to The ivy St Paul’s .

   Completely ok what a nice place and superb food, the staff really great, kitchen runs like a F1 car if this in’t the best hotspot what then 🥇🏆🥇🏆🥇🏆

   THE IVY ASIA PREMIUM EXPERIENCE MENU £85 PER PERSON I arrived in my wheelchair and was escorted around the building and shown the way to the lift and other entrance inside the shopping centre. We went to our table but it wasn't the best for me in my wheelchair, so they gave us a round table where I sat comfortably and had a beautiful view of St. Paul's Cathedral all lit up. The restaurant has an amazing floor and a big cherry blossom tree that makes for great views and photos. Staff were polite anent attentive. I liked I could see the chef's busy creating the dishes. The first 3 courses came and filled our table. The portions are Very Generous and I asked the waiter not to bring too many too quickly. If you opt for this menu, you will want to eat slow and saviour every delicious mouthful. My personal favourites are the Prawn Dumplings & Aromatic Duck but everything else was a close 2nd place. The desert came with Dry Ice fog, lovely ice cream and Cinnamon Doughnuts A fantastic Feast in a great restaurant and definitely a place to revisit and bring friends and overseas visitors to.

   Disappointing Experience at The Ivy – Poor Customer Service We had a booking for five guests; however, an additional person unexpectedly joined our dinner, bringing the total to six. Despite this, we were seated at a table set for four, which was clearly unsuitable for our group. Considering the restaurant was nearly empty upon our arrival at 4:30 PM and remained so until almost 7 PM, we kindly requested a larger table. Unfortunately, the response from the Manager was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue constructively, he responded rudely, stating, "What do you want me to do, give you a pat on the back and say sorry?" Such a comment was not only dismissive but completely unacceptable, particularly when directed at a member of our party who is the CEO. The lack of effort to accommodate us, coupled with the disrespectful attitude, was extremely disappointing—especially from an establishment like The Ivy, which prides itself on delivering a premium dining experience. While we paid the bill out of good faith, this experience has left us feeling let down and undervalued as customers. We would like to escalate this matter as the service we received was far below the standard we expected. We hope The Ivy takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that no other patrons endure similar treatment.

   Great lively restaurant- we had the set lunch menu. The starters and mains were excellent, but the desert was very disappointing- far too big and not at all good. The staff were excellent.

   The service was poor. The food was mostly cold. We sent some food back as it was cold and they just microwaved it or put it under the heat lamp, No apologies about it.

   Food was delicious, although nothing spectacular; Cocktail we ordered were not impressive; Service was disappointing as we must have waited for over half an hour just for someone to collect the used plates. Towards the end of the set menu we felt we were left behind in a section of the restaurant unattended; The vibe we got from some of the staff is that they didn't want to work there.

   The surroundings are undeniably impressive however the food didn’t match. It never arrived at the table piping hot. The service was mixed with 3 staff attending to our table and the cost is absolutely ridiculous with the exception of the kids menu which was extremely good value. A mixed bag for us.

    I have had better visits here in the past. Lunch isn’t as good as dinner for the vibe but still nice. The dragon set menu is perfect for a fast lunch but beware it’s not much food (which suited us fine!)
