   I love The Keep. It’s a must anytime I’m seeing a show at The Palace Theater. The potato leek soup was divine.

   The food was good but barely warm. The service was very slow, no drink refills, and she had to be flagged down to even come back to the table.

   The food was very good but it was a typical Thanksgiving selection. It wasn’t anything over the top but for the price of the buffet, there should have been more a selection. The staff was very nice! For the price, I’m not sure we’ll go back again. For 6 people, it was almost $500 with tip.

   Great service, chef took time to get our party member several plates from the buffet on Thanksgiving, perfect place for a memorable experience.

   We were places in a quiet corner booth and took in the 20’s theme and romantic ambiance. Service and food were fantastic! We will return.

   I ordered the pear cocktail and the steak frites with a side of cheesy grits and everything was so delicious! My server was also so kind. I would definitely come back!

   I am unable to rate the food, as we never received our order. I booked a 6pm reservation before an 8pm show next door, thinking that would give enough time to eat and head over. After about 30 minutes, we got a new server, which was the first red flag. Then, around 7:10-7:15, we were told that our food order was never put in, and that we may not be getting the burger or brussel sprouts that we ordered. Also, one of the items ordered was a Caesar salad (with no grill items added) and we also never got that. I have never had a restaurant tell me that I may not be receiving food that I ordered. We were also told that a manager would be coming over to our table multiple times, which never happened. We were never able to talk to a manger and had to leave to go to our show without eating. Truly one of the most bizarre experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
