We went during restaurant week, so it was obviously busy. The service was still great and food even better. Greg was our waiter and he was awesome and attentive. Thanks for a great dinner!

We had a reservation. We were seated at a table close to the kitchen counter where it was loud and very busy with servers running back and forth. Two servers were coughing, sometimes directly on the food they were delivering to tables. Fortunately this was not our server. The air conditioner was blowing down aggressively on our table, even though it is January. It took a long time to be served our initial drinks and food. Our food was tasty but quickly turned very cold with the AC blowing down. Our overall experience was quite disappointing, especially for the cost.

Not worth it! We've read about this place being upscale dining, and it is most certainly not. Simple requests couldn't be accommodated. We asked for bottled water because the tap they gave us tasted awful. She said "sure, we have fiji". Perfect. 15 minutes later no water. I ask again. 5 minutes later she explains they don't know how to ring it up because it's usually only at the bar. Ok- so why not bring the water and figure out how to sort the entry later? A few minutes later she returns and says actually they ran out of bottled water. Keep in mind, this restaurant is inside the hotel. How do you run out of water? Next, my main course was short ribs. Came out luke warm at best. Then the creme brulee came out hot. Like hot to where I had to blow on the my spoon to cool it down. Only reason we even made it to dessert is because we chose the restaurant week menu and had already pre-ordered. Else we would have left after we found out we couldn't get drinkable water. I'll end with the fact that during one of the water conversations, we asked for bread service. Again, the server responded sure. After our main course had come out, I inquired about the bread. She literally said "oh yeah let me check on that". No apology. No nothing. Returns and says it'll be another 10-15 minutes, do you still want it. Bread with dessert? No thanks. I've had more pleasant experiences at sports pubs. Spend your money somewhere else. Terrible service and sub-par food.

This was a horrible NYE. Took 40 minutes to place a drink order, took another 40 to get them. 2 HOURS before we received our entrees. They were busy, but completely staffed. Extremely dissatisfied

Disappointed with our New Year’s Eve dinner. The meal took 2.5 hours for an app, soup, Brussels sprouts, and an entrée. Service was inattentive, dishes lingered, and the server struggled to manage tables. Good food, but an unacceptable experience overall.

The ambience is a great vibe and prices are good but sadly the service and food on New Year’s Eve was poor. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for our filet mignon oscar , the server never came by to check on drinks or tell us when to expect our food. The filet was in pieces and rare although I requested medium with a push. It lacked any discernible lumps of crab and the hollandaise was not flavorful. The manager served our meals and comped them before we even said anything. That was the right thing to do but still we didn’t really eat a nice meal. I still can’t believe the server never came back once to check on us until she gave us the check.

We’ve enjoyed dinner at Keep before a show at Nationwide Arena on two occasions now. It’s the perfect spot for pre-show dinner or drinks. Parking is convenient and inexpensive for event parking and it’s only about a 10 minute walk to the venue. Dinner at Keep last night was fantastic. We had a large party but were sat and served quickly. We had great cocktails and our table ordered the Cajun pasta, airline chicken, fried chicken sandwich, the burger, and the steak. Everything came out hot and tasted delicious. I wish I could remember our server’s name because he did a great job. Highly recommended!
