   (1) Server was attentive and helpful. She's very welcoming and gave us enough time to decide the meal we wanted to order. She also suggested an alternative to the steak sauce when we asked for one. (2) There's free parking across the resto (i.e. square one mall covered parking) but it's also convenient to use parking behind the resto itself. You just have to exchange your parking ticket with a validated one at the front desk before leaving which was also a very smooth and not too cumbersome process. (3) Tuna tartare was really good and even the lobster bisque. Sirloin and lobster were also delicious. Only minor thing about our steak was, one of the steaks was supposed to be medium well but it came as medium rare. Server did ask (when she did her rounds) how it was. We didn't bothered mentioning it to her anymore as we didn't want to make a fuss out of it but other than that, everything else was really good. Still highly recommend this place to anyone.

   Amazing service! Food was amazing! Only hiccup, my daughter's came med well, as oppose to med rare. Manager fix the problem without hesitation. Will always come here to celebrate an occasion!

   It was a fairly good time at the Keg by Square One shopping mall. We were running a bit late so I had called in to inform the restaurant and they were able to accomodate us with the same requirements for myself and my family . service was great and always considerate by checking up on us during the evening and the food was absolutely delicious. Wasn’t surprised on the price increases in everything but that’s what you expect when you go to a great steakhouse.

   Excellent service. The wait staff and front desk were very helpful. I haven’t received such good service like that since even pre pandemic. Our waitress was helping service our 27 people table and she knew I was sharing an order with a friend, she had our iceberg wedge salad cut in half and served to us on two plates… We were sharing the steak as well and so she had gotten us an extra empty plate .. all without us even asking! The front desk girl was so nice with asking us if we needed a few photo since she saw we were trying to take one. Really appreciate it, the night was enjoyable for everyone! 10/10 would definitely come back next year with the same large group!

   Andre was our sever. He provides excellent service. Food was good - potatoes were a bit salty. Would like to see vegetables severed with the prime rib, rather than the fried onions. Overall had a nice night out. Would’ve loved the chance to look at the happy hour menu that was never provided. The Billy Miner pie for dessert was excellent!

    I had a disappointing and frustrating experience at the Square One Keg Steakhouse on 12/14/24. The meal came out wrong multiple times: the wrong vegetables, an overcooked steak, and missing toppings on the potatoes. By the third attempt, I was too hungry and annoyed to complain further. Although the manager comped my meal and desserts as an apology, the repeated mistakes made the dining experience stressful and unenjoyable. I appreciate the effort to make amends, but the kitchen and service need more attention to detail.
