Executive Chef Jeffrey Hileman serves up New American cuisine along with your favorite comfort foods. Signature dishes include Huge Angus Burgers, Mac & Cheese, 60 South Salmon, New York Strip and a delicious array of Flatbreads.
Serving over 100 different wines and 35 wines by the glass plus a wide variety of signature cocktails with fresh ingredients, you'll have trouble selecting just one to enjoy. Lil' rockers have their own special place to hang out plus enjoy special entertainment on select nights. The Kitchen's walls are adorned with culinary-themed memorabilia from the hotel's many celebrity guests.

Located just off The Kitchen"s main dining room, The Pantry is a private dining area that can seat up to 70 people. It's the perfect place to host your own "backstage" event - from an office party to a holiday party or just a "party-party" for your favorite fans! The Pantry's privacy makes it ideal for meetings, seminars, intimate wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners! Group menus are available for 20 or more guests and range from $42-$73 per person for three or four courses. Plated or buffet lunch menus range from $24-$65 per person. Children's birthday parties start at $17.50 per child. Menus are subject to a 22% taxable service charge and 6.5% sales tax. Groups can also enjoy an INTRODUCTION TO THE WORLD OF COOKING, rock & roll style! Take part in an interactive and hands-on cooking class with a group of friends or colleagues Classes are held in the main dining room for 20-80 people either over a half or a full day.

This was our 1st time at The Kitchen and we liked the friendly staff, the food was good. Only suggestion is to put signs up on how to get in the restaurant for Handicapped People, especially now that the hotel has construction going on. We definitely will return in the future, now that we know our way around.

The food was good, the service was outstanding. We arrived early for our reservation. They were still serving off of their lunch menu so they gave us the option of being seated immediately and ordering from the lunch menu (after reviewing) or waiting 20 minutes for the dinner reservation we had booked. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall a great experience.

We are a family of nine on vacation at The Hard Rock Hotel. We had dinner at The Kitchen and were so pleased. Our waiter Jonathon was excellent. He was personable and attended our every need. The food was delicious and we are hoping to have breakfast and another dinner there during our stay.
