   The food is incredible, I would recommend the food here to anyone. The meat was juicy, succulent and plentiful. The sides burgers and rice bowls are also just as good. They also offer great options for vegetarians and vegans. I 100% recommend the milkshakes, they are incredible. The value of the food is very fair given the portion sizes and the amazing taste. It’s not cheap but also not extortionate. Conversely, the restaurant was very cold, so much so there were a few tables with people wearing their jackets and even management had to put on a hoody at one point. Unfortunately the service was a bit poor. I can’t remember the young lady’s name that served us, but there were numerous occasions we had to ask her to clear our table. She also asked us at one point to assist whilst she cleared the table and also distribute our own dessert plates and cutlery amongst ourselves. There was also a few times she was unaware of items on the menu and even if items were available or not. We were also then charged for items we didn’t consume, luckily we picked these up prior to actually making a payment.

   The staff were very polite and checked in on us regularly, maybe because it was a Friday night the food came out at sporadically and the staff became fixated on clearing empty plates or glasses. One drink got taken away before it was finished 🤣. The poor rating for value was because when I got home I realised that I was charged for an extra light bite and a pot of tea I had to cancel because it was actually forgotten and was far too late.

   Quite disappointed with the experience after seeing so much positive feedback online! The venue is beautiful and the cocktails amazing but we were left disappointed by the food (sweet potato fries undercooked). We asked for some condiments when the food was brought to us and these never arrived. I had also messaged ahead to the venue and spoke to them via telephone to say it was my partners birthday and they offered to bring out a complimentary mini dessert to celebrate which was very nice, however this never arrived. We paid our bill and left feeling very underwhelmed.

   My husband enjoyed the American smash burger, the best he has ever tasted. I chose the beef brisket rice bowl and it was incredible. The breakfast menu had everything you could want, I had the cherry yogurt fruit bowl- gorgeous. The service and overall experience was brilliant and we cannot wait to come back!

   Food was amazing! Staff, was a hit or miss depending on who we spoke to. Manager was really lovely. Had to wait 40 mins to receive and pay for the bill after we asked for it which was crazy! We watched other tables pay before us who arrived after us. Staff members were refusing to bring over tap water whenever we asked, I asked about 4 times then finally recieved one out of the two we had asked for. I didn’t get the name of the waitress but was a small girl with brown curly hair.

   Had a lovely dinner out with 6 friends. Food was amazing, staff were attentive but not pushy. Cocktails were really nice. We sat in the lounge area after dinner and it was nice and chilled.

   Great atmosphere, ambience, food & service. The Korean chicken wings with award winning buffalo sauce were a favourite as were the ribs & burnt ends.
