Absolutely incredible dining experience! Chef Stephen Jones is combining flavors, colors, and textures to create that moment when all your senses rejoice. The evening was a wonderful series of those moments. We were greeted warmly on the patio and escorted to our table with a complimentary cocktail, or in our case, a fabulous mocktail. Josh and our other servers were attentive without being intrusive, and presented everything beautifully and with detailed descriptions.
The starting snacks were delicious, especially the mini ham-and-biscuit. The tuna tartare was fresh and yummy, and the savory wilted lettuce that followed it was wonderful. We experienced a humble turnip whose preparation elevated it to stardom. We loved the perfectly seared scallop in a dreamy butterbean sauce. We were blown away by the tender melty swordfish, and by the delicate oxtail in cheerwine reduction. Absolute heaven.
Dessert was three exquisite morsels of paradise, flavorful punctuation to a perfect meal. Mario loved the key lime creation--superb!-- but I think my favorite was the chocolate cremeaux; it was topped with a brittle benne seed disc that created a sort of creme brûlée experience. There was a salty undertone, faint but unmistakable, and a suggestion of caramelization to the chocolate velvet of the cremeaux. Divine.
We enjoyed Chef Stephen's work when he was downtown and we were devoted to his hoppin john and hot chicken. In the current cozy and inviting space, Chef is surpassing himself with these creative and surprising delicacies. We are grateful. Thank you, Chef, and everyone who made this such a spectacular evening!!

Food was outstanding. Service was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. Music was loud enough to be heard, but at a comfortable level making it easy to enjoy dinner conversation without the need to raise your voice or strain to hear. A great experience overall.

The Ny Eve menu was excellent, all courses had a tremendous depth of flavor. Chef Jones demonstrated why he’s accumulated the accolades that he has and is a worthy successor to Chef Kevin Binkley. The wine pairing was well worth the value for the perfectly paired excellent wines selected. The hospitality and customer service is unbeatable.

Enjoyed a lovely Saturday brunch here. Had the chicken biscuit sandwich having breakfast. Don't fruit toast was unbelievable and the cocktails were perfect. Everything is handcrafted right in front of you so sit at the bar to enjoy. Chef Stephen has a gem here; you should check it out soon as possible.

My husband and I went here for Sunday brunch. All I can say is we cannot wait to go back next weekend! My husband and I decided to try one sweet and one Savory and split. So we went with the barbecue brisket hash and the lemon ricotta pancakes. OMG I can't tell you how crazy insane the flavor was with the hash. They use BBQ brisket from Little Miss BBQ. Perfectly cooked creamer potatoes with a green chile verde sauce. What we love most about it is there were no onions or peppers and for us it allowed us to thoroughly enjoy. I'm sure it's diners next to me could hear the sounds of yum that I kept making because it was that good! And then we had the lemon ricotta pancakes. Pancakes were perfectly stacked with fresh berries and ricotta cream on top. When we cut into the pancakes you could see the vertical channels which told you how unbelievably fluffy they were. Just enough chewiness to make them be best pancake I swear I have ever had. Both of these dishes like I said are making us go back next weekend. Very limited seating so I definitely recommend a reservation. You will absolutely love it. Can't wait to go there for dinner as well! Yum yum yum

What a great meal we had and everyone enjoyed it. The only challenge was the heat and that two people were disappointed that the online menu and the real one we were handed were slightly different. All was tasty and our server was wonderful
