   We thought they may seat us at an ambient table given we had booked an experience for our anniversary. We were dismissed by the hostess twice when asked for a table move due the fact that our table was wobbly and broken. She then proceeded to ignore our request but grant it to the couple next to us citing “it’s very busy…” the restaurant was virtually empty at 9 pm and we felt ignored and dismissed by the hosting staff. She did not mention to our waitress we were celebrating. When I went up to ask again about a table move the hostess was nowhere to be found until we turned a corner and she was hiding on her phone and rolled her eyes when I politely asked again my request to move. It was out of character from our typical dining experience here and we were disappointed.

   Food, service, drink selections and ambience all superb. Could use a silent tv in bar so single business diners have something to watch. Small suggestion only, as overall experience was great.

   The food was excellent. The cost was as expected. There was a penchant for sharing rather than having your own meal which was a bit unusual. Parking at Pinecrest mall was hell. The waiter was fine, but food was delivered by separate "servers" who literally 3-4 times tried to bring the wrong orders; that was odd, although ultimately, we received the correct orders well prepared and at the appropriate temperature. I would go again but be prepared to need about 15 minutes to find a parking place and be with friends who want to share food.

   The good news is chic looking bar and great restrooms. If you have one of the couch or booth seating areas, you are in luck. Unfortunately there was an open door and it was quite drafty where we were seated. It was a full house, though, and no where else they could have seated us. An eclectic menu with something for everyone. Its worth a try and a nice addition to the offerings at Pinecrest.

   What a wonderful time! Our server was excellent. It was a little loud, but food was incredible and service was top notch.

   We frequent TLP for dinner and drinks, so decided to try their brunch. It was a busy holiday weekend, so we made a reservation just in case & were seated promptly. Instead of single mimosas we opted for the bottle of brut & peach and pineapple juice. The juice was freshly squeezed and good, but I think it should’ve been strained, as we weren’t expecting to chew so much peach & pineapple pulp, lol. We also didn’t get flutes, which isn’t a *huge* deal, but when you pay $62 for the bottle you kinda want one :( it’s okay though. It was a busy Sunday morning and our server still did a good job. We love the ghost pepper wings so we started with those. They were even better than we remembered. We keep coming back for them. Then we tried the shakshuka and brûlée French toast. Both were good! I wish the shakshuka had more egg in it, as by the second or third bite it was pretty much tomato, so maybe next time we will try and add one. Toast was really soft and yummy. What keeps us coming back to TLP is the vibe and atmosphere. The brunch was fun! We’ll come back to try the steak and eggs.

    Food was great, however the service was not good. We were a party of 9 and when we ordered they told us that because we were a party of 9 our food would not come out together. If this was a tapas restaurant, that would be fine, I was even fine with the appetizers coming out as they were ready, but we got our sides before the meal, and My dinner was served first, and then it was about 40 minutes before the last person got their dinner. If that is there policy, then we should have been told at the time of booking.
