   Very disappointed, food was burnt and tasteless. Super disappointed had to ask for tap water multiple times and was given our food with no cutlery had to ask for it which is fine but it took a while. I brought my kids but the music was loud and the swearing wasn’t appropriate music choice for a cafe.

   Have visited the little bakery on numerous accounts, always really enjoyed the atmosphere & the lovely food. However on this occasion we were slightly disappointed by the service we received from one particular individual. They were not dressed appropriately, yawned in our faces multiple times, did not greet us or make us feel welcomed and also got our order wrong despite clearly stating what we would like. I’ve visited the cafe when they have been packed full on a busy saturday and have still received great service & food from the rest of the lovely team so it was disappointing on this one occasion to have our experience fully changed by just one individual letting the rest of their team down. This will not stop me returning due to my previous positive experiences outweighing this one, but this may stop new customers coming back if this is the first impression they’re given.

   Very busy Saturday afternoon but the service given by the team was just as pleasant as it always is, despite being two members of staff down! They were packed full but managed it excellently, seeing to everyone with great attention and care. Food was superb as always, did not have to wait long despite how busy it was, great value for money given the location & demand. Always lovely to support a well run family business.

   Food nice, young boy that served us very helpful . I suggest that the toilet facilities are improved , not very nice

   Service was very slow and it wasn't just our table that was frustrated with this. 2 of the cakes were lovely, my Victoria sponge cupcake was very dry. The sausage rolls were not hot, or warm. Haven't been for 4 years and I doubt I will rush back sadly.

    Today at The Little Bakery was a little underwhelming. I think they were short staffed as we just seemed to be forgotten about. The service was slow. It took ages to clear our dishes and no one came to ask if we needed anything else. My companions found their toasted bread tough and overcooked. Maybe it was a different chef to usual? But it felt disappointing.
