   The food was very nice. We had the tomahawk which was very tender and delicious but the vibe was not great. The atmosphere was too dead for me

   Lovely food and very attentive staff. Only negative was that I had booked a brunch on Open Table and the restaurant tried to charge me for a more expensive deal. All sorted out by the staff though.

   There were 3 of us - my husband’s meal arrived and he had eaten it before ours came! Then mine & my daughter’s arrived - hers was the wrong meal so we had to send it back. By the time her meal arrived, I had eaten mine. By this time, my daughter had gone past being hungry as it was almost 930 and our table was booked at 745, so she didn’t eat much. So, although the food itself was fine and the staff were pleasant, all 3 of us eating separately was not the plan for my daughter’s birthday. We were quite disappointed.

   We arrived for lunch and were informed that we couldn't order from the Xmas menu, as we had thought. Apparently the Xmas menu had to be booked through the sales team in advance, if that's the case it isn't made clear during the online booking process. Not a big issue, as we were all able to find stuff we liked on the main menu. One of our party was given their food quite quickly after we ordered which we thought was strange, then they brought out a dish that we hadn't ordered. We explained that none of us had ordered it, the lady seemed quite short and said "Are you sure?" and we said we were. She then walked over to another table and after a brief chat, gave the dish to them. She then came back to our table and took the other dish that had been given to us and said it was for the other table. We then watched her take it over to the other table and deliver it to them. The dish had been sat with us for a few minutes before she took it to the correct table, and it didn't seem right that it was taken from one table to another. The food was nice and everyone enjoyed it, but the service let it down slightly.

   Small portions, average food. Partner went straight into The Salt Bar and ordered a kebab as he was still hungry

   We were waiting 45 minutes from our main meal for someone to come and ask us if we would like a dessert and then nobody came so we had to go and find someone, one other pointer the butter that came with the bread and olive starter was so hard we couldn’t spread it, maybe also add a dish of balsamic as the whole thing was very dry.

   Very helpful and accommodating staff, especially as we faced some delays and had to adjust our reservation. Lovely service, a nice family night.

    Food was delicious. We had bottomless brunch. We never had to ask for a drink the waitress always came to ask us and even came 10 minutes before end to say the next drink would be the last. Lovely venue. No loud music so we could all talk and hear each other. Would definitely recommend. Well done and Thankyou
