   I was disappointed with the small sea bass fillet which left me feeling still quite hungry and not getting value for money. Our other meals were fine particularly the gluten free chicken burger which my wife really enjoyed. One othe thing that irked was the loud music which came on when we'd barely finished our meals. So annoying droning out our conversation. Also staff too quick to clear glasses when you'd barely finished tge drink. Apart from that we enjoyed the experience but it would have been nice to stay & have coffee or further drinks before the loud music started.

   Amazing food really can't compare, every part of the dishes were extremely flavourful and the service was all polite with a fantastic atmosphere

   After seeing this wonderful hideaway we decided to book up and try it out. We were very excited about the evening and food! The main course had been cooked to perfection for both of us… however both my portion of beef and my partners 8oz Steak had been served cold. We never mentioned this at the time as the taste simply made the meal perfect! Deserts however I had ordered a Brownie and Ice cream which again had been served looking spectacular but the brownie itself was again completely cold and tasted of nothing but powder and dry. My partners sticky toffee pudding had also been served stone cold and dry. The hosts / waiters came across as lovely however upon mentioning the issues regarding the food the manager / owner confronted myself and almost questioned in disbelief what we were saying regarding the food to be true. We had also seen the waiting staff and manager chat to themselves about our complaint and it was clear as day they thought we were just “trying to pull a fast one” In summary the food when served warm tasted divine the venue was wonderful the pricing was fair however all let down by being served cold deserts and mains.

    The Loft is absolutely fabulous, we had a lovely meal, pudding and drinks. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming, made us feel special. Excellent food, excellent manners and excellent table service. we will definitely come again. Thank you
