Had a lovely afternoon tea with my mum today. It was a 90th birthday present. Lovely room with open fire in panelled lounge area. Food selection plentiful and enough for us but would of enjoyed a bigger slice of the lovely sausage roll ! Top up of tea and tastings of others allowed if required. Relaxed atmosphere, some diners conversation a little louder than others but it didn't bother us too much. Lovely Christmas decorations. Service ok but appeared to be one lady on her own. She managed ok though.

Thank you for a lovely afternoon tea. We enjoyed it very much. Also, the additional touch for our anniversary. The only thing is the signing for car park and Manor house.

Eastwell Manor is set in lovely grounds and has an enchanting, old world atmosphere. It’s a pity that the first impression is diabolical parking arrangements with no disabled parking anywhere near main hotel and a packed general car park together with an empty zone for staff buggies and plenty of no parking signs. We booked afternoon tea and requested one to be gluten free but was very disappointed that gluten free scones had not been delivered that day so were unavailable. No alternative was offered but a generous discount was applied without hesitation. We had to wait over 30 minutes for food after being shown to our table and after complaining were told it was due to the gluten free sandwiches being made to order. However once received the food was excellent and our table waitress was charming, attentive and very accommodating. Overall the customer facing staff were friendly and attentive but it seems that management have taken their eyes off the overall customer experience and could definitely do better.

Afternoon Tea. Service was excellent, waitress was friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough to make it special. The food is nice, could be better and portions of some things are very very small. Tea selection was nice and cakes were ok. Scones, cream and jam was lovely. Overall very nice experience. Grounds are unreal and definitely worth a walk around.

We arrived on time, 14:00 hrs. We were collected at reception and taken to the room, we were offered the choice of two tables, both still had crumbs on the seats from the last occupiers of the tables, I had to brush the seats off, we choose the tea which arrived quickly and then waited, half an hour passed and we asked for more tea as the pot was going cold, which we got. We were informed that the Chef was still cooking the sausage rolls? At 15:00 hrs. the afternoon tea finally arrived. Didn't look good, poor looking sandwiches, slivers of sausage rolls, and what looked like unappealing cakes, not good. When you book up they ask you what the occasion if any you maybe celebrating on this occasion it was my Mothers 79 Birthday day. You would then think you may get a small cake with Happy Birthday or a candle on, no nothing so why ask. The only saving grace was we were only charged for one Afternoon tea, which saved the day a bit, but even then the cost is way too high for what you get, will not return.

Pleasant experience in the lounge for afternoon tea at eastwell manor. Rather a small ish area so when people are talking can get quite noisy in there. Food came in decent time but I wouldn’t say anything special. Quite small scones and sandwiches tasty but slightly dry. There is an extra service charge on the price so a tea that was supposed to be £68 for two people cost £74.

Had a really nice afternoon tea for 2 Staff were very welcoming & polite Cakes were delicious I would say the only thing that could have been improved was the sandwich fillings. I didn't mind them but the selection could be improved

The ambience is wonderful however value for money is definitely not. Sandwich filling almost non existent, sausage roll minute. Scones delicious cakes not made on site. There were three of us I had a voucher for two it still costs us £52.50 ??
