A casual and charming pub with beer at its heart! Set in the beautiful village of Old Knebworth, North Hertfordshire, just on the edge of the historic Knebworth Estate, surrounded by wonderful walks and cycle routes.

Our new menu showcases the best of local seasonal produce, all freshly prepared on site. Micheal Kirby the new head chef, classically trained, offers a contemporary take on pub classic dishes.
Book ahead for Sunday lunch as it is always popular.

Beautiful beer garden with some covered areas.

    The room we were sat in was cold and drafty so my wife had to keep her coat on. Spending over £100 on a Sunday lunch with a couple of drinks is not something we will be doing again, very poor vfm

    Good food and lovely helpful staff but requested table in main pub when booking and none available. Stormy day so conservatory felt quite draughty.

    Great lunch at the Lytton arms today. Took two friends who had never been before and both said they would come again. Got seated promptly, waiting staff were v friendly and food was well cooked and tasty with a good choice from the menu. Enjoyable experience!
