   Our waitress was super nice and lovely! The issue began when we arrived and the host rudely said we didn’t have a reservation. After I showed confirmation and repeated myself multiple times, they found that our reservation had been marked as present three hours before our time. So they quickly tried to accommodate us which was appreciated but they put us in a back room next to a party with screaming children and we couldn’t even hear ourselves think. They also completely forgot to bring out one entree and while they refunded it, I wish someone would have talked to us and recognized how terrible our experience had been. We couldn’t get out of there faster.

   Went for Easter brunch and had the first seating. Even after 1/2 hour, the buffet was not fully stocked - missing eggs, bacon, sausage among other foods. The meat carver didn’t seem to know what he was doing and kept walking away. The buffet line was enormous as people were waiting for food to be brought. The buffet set up itself was poor with servers having to hold up the line when they brought new trays. And when the sausage was finally stocked, they brought uncooked cold sausage. Fortunately we noticed this lapse before anyone ate it and got sick. All in all a very poor experience.

   I ordered Fish and Chips. I know this is bar food but I thought at Silo Falls it would be more gourmet. It wasn't but it was ok...

   The food has much improved. I had the ribeye with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was all delicious. The asparagus was cooked perfectly.

    Wanted to have the same experience as October fest but ended up in a back room away from music. New update: Just returned from there tonight and this was the 2nd worst experience I have ever had. Usually go for happy hour and sit at bar but was full and ended up in a side table, asking the waitress multiple times if we can get happy hour here she said yes, sat us, grabbed some menus and said she will be right back. After looking at the menus, none of them were happy hour menus. Five minutes later she came back and we asked for happy hour menu. She dropped that off and said I’ll be right back, after five minutes again and passing us multiple times, she came and took our order. Order two drinks, happy hour shrimp and happy hour mussels. The shrimp came out, extremely hard to peel and extremely overcooked unedible. They came out with out mussels and a second order of shrimp, which we did not order, again shrimp was just as overcooked and in edible as the first batch. Looking at the mussels, they were not even open, out of the whole bowl the two that actually did open were complete mush inside. After 10 minutes of waiting, our waitress came back asking how everything was and we explained the food was unedible and asked for our check. She said oh OK, took plates and walked away. Someone showed up asking what happen, when we explain to him what happened, he apologize and explained that he just started four hours ago and heard that we did not like our food and wanted to know what he could do. He said OK let me go find somebody, he came back stating he couldn’t find somebody and then he said OK. Let me see if we can get your drinks taken off which he finally did. The only person that came to our table was the person who started four hours before this. We never received a visit from a manager, an owner or even our waitress . I can’t believe no one came to our table to apologize for a plate full of undercooked raw mussels.
