Flat out, it's expensive if you only consider the cost for the food, fondue, broth, and desert. The proteins are somewhat lacking in terms of amount... That said, the value is great when you consider it's a 4 course meal, that comes with fruits veggies, and bread for the cheese, proteins, veggies, and starches for the broth (or grill if that's the style you prefer), you get a salad, and the desert is a chocolate fondue (all of the choices are delicious), with desert snacks like marshmallows, brownies, marshmallows, and some fruit choices. Service has always been excellent and the waiter/waitresses have always been very attentive. They tell you what ingredients they are adding the the specific fondues per stage of your 4 course meal. They are friendly. It's quiet and intimate low light seating. We go about 2 to 3 times a year for special occasions (for the past 5 years) and have never had a bad time there. Will go back, and will continue to do so like we've been doing the past 5 years.

I felt the service was lacking, most things were wrong on our order and many other people had to be asked for things we needed.

We went here for my sons 21st Birthday. They started off the dinner with giving him a birthday card. It was a great experience, the food was delicious and our waiter was fantastic. Would definitely go back

Overall we liked the change of atmosphere but the preparation of rubs and sauces on the meat before cooking would have preferred to not have that. Instruction about the oil was insufficient especially stating that all meat needed batter/panko before cooking after the oil was too hot was not a preference for any of the party. The wait staff was very friendly but difficult to get if you needed help or had questions. It seemed there were more trainees than seasoned staff. The individual who remove the broth pot splashed it all over barely missing one of the party who was concerned about getting burned by the hot liquid and she had little to no awareness of her action. We will probably go another 10 years in between visits again
