   We visited the Milbank Arms on a Sunday lunchtime. I’d read good reviews about the food and we were not disappointed. The roast of the day was beef and it came with delicious roast potatoes, a great Yorkshire pudding, broccoli, roasted carrots and leeks in a cheese sauce. It was absolutely delicious. Our only request was for more gravy and that came very quickly. The Village of Barningham is beautiful and so we had a nice walk after our lunch as well.

   Excellent food! Acoustics not great with a noisy family table adjacent, but can be excused given the quality of the food and attentiveness of staff.

   Although not a huge menu, it’s thoughtful and creative and everything we had was delicious 😋 lovely atmosphere and nice too see the pub full!

   Excellent local pub in a beautiful village. Friendly staff. High quality food produced by experienced chefs. Dog friendly too!

    What a lovely Sunday afternoon, greeted by a roaring fire and a warm welcome on a freezing cold day, the Millbank Arms itself is a gorgeous building, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean ( even the toilets for those who care like i do 😉) our food was delicious, cooked beautifully and arrived quickly on warm plates, there was a good selection of drinks at the bar served in quality glassware which makes a nice change. We will definitely be back!
