The Moody Cow, Steakhouse - bar - Bistro thrive on cooking locally sourced produce where possible.
We are set in the heart of Apperley Bridge, 5 minute walk from the train station.
All our food is cooked fresh and is cooked too order.
we offer a range of dishes from steaks to sourdough pizza's and homemade burgers.
with our lunch menu starting from £4.50 on our light bites and sandwiches and wraps at £6.95 its a lunch not to be missed.

    This is ridiculous why on earth does it let you book when it’s not even open!!!!! Travelled only to find all shut up!!! Get it sorted website says open!!!

    It's closed, however the website still always you to book online and they still send you automated texts. Best part the phone still rings.

    We book via open table on the website however when we arrived the restaurant was closed and looked like it was undergoing a refurb with planks outside the doors. No mention of this on the website and bookings obviously still being taken. Phone not answered nor any messages on there. Wasted journey do not book here atm Open table you need to remove from your site.

    Booked this restaurant for Sunday lunch using the 'open table' website linked to the restaurant website. Received a confirmation email from open table. Arrived at the restaurant to find it shut for renovations. Do not use open table or book at the Moody Cow. A terrible service from both.

    Rang to book a few times but no answer. Resorted to booking bottomless brunch online was asked to confirm my booking twice over email. Turned up and the car park was empty, we thought this is going to be a boring brunch! Go to the door and it’s shut. Looking through the window it was a building site and been shut a while. This is the 2nd time I have booked with them and been due to their opening times being incorrect.

    Don’t go here. Booked for a Father’s Day meal, got a confirmation email the day before yet when we arrived the place was closed!! Then they have the cheek to email me 3 days later asking me to leave a review, absolute joke!

    Had a table booked for 4 people as we were going to yeadon town hall to watch a show. I booked this for 5.45 as the show started at 7.30 and was on our way. I received a text asking to re confirm the day before which I replied to. When we arrived the place was shut. Although I understand things happen a phone call to advise would have been good so we could make alternative arrangements.
