   Amazing evening celebrating our engagement. Lovely venue, it was nice to meet the owner and hear a bit about the estate. We will be back!

   Honestly one of the best meals we had in all of Scotland (and all of the food we had on our trip was outstanding). The menu is diverse yet reflects all local ingredients. We didn’t have a single bad dish. The service was 10/10, and that includes our night stay there as well. I cannot recommend enough, and we cannot wait to return!

   Excellent experience at the Old Manse! Really appreciated the local flavours in what is a very upscale restaurant with a cosy ambience . As a guest for two nights at the Old Manse, I also loved having the option to have aperitif and/or digestif in the drawing room next to the restaurant. Absolutely one of the best meals, my favourite during our recent trip to Scotland. Staff were amazing - Angus, Amy, Brian and Oliver!

   The Old Manse of Blair is one of the most exquisite properties (Inn) I’ve ever seen. The inn keepers are lovely and welcoming, and the meal was incredible. I cannot say enough about this magical place. If you are in the Scottish Highlands, seek out The Old Manse of Blair; it’s sublime.

    Lunch was absolutely outstanding. The service was perfect from start to finish. The lamb ragu to start was delicious & I have no idea how the chef made the new potatoes so delicious, they were a huge hit with everyone!
