   Went for a drink at bar before dinner service was not good! Food was fair we have had a lot better at this restaurant in the past.

   The Orchards really disappointed me this visit. Drinks were good but it’s hard to rate food that never came. I ordered French Onion soup and a sandwich. The soup was good but after waiting an hour the sandwich never came out. First I was told that the owner doesn’t want the sandwich and the soup to come out at the same time and that my food was coming. Then after another wait I was told my sandwich went to another table. I finally cancelled my order. I was then told that the owner who was in the kitchen was upset about the cancelled order. Wow! He probably should have made an appearance at my table! I expected better from such a fine restaurant.

   The food was excellent, the server did a great job. Only question is we weren’t served any bread with our meals. Saw other tables got theirs.

   We stumbled onto the Orchards after a day of canvassing, and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we entered the building. The restaurant is large, but organized in rooms so that it felt just right. Then we met our waitstaff - what a delightful person. She was helpful, cheerful, and gave us just the right amount of attention. And then there was the food - a very varied menu, and our choices were absolutely delicious, and done to our specifications. Last but not least, we certainly were not expecting to start our early lunch with hot towels to cleanse our hands, and to finish with sorbet to cleanse our palates! Altogether, the Orchards was great, and I happily come again!

   First time at the Orchards for an anniversary dinner. Nice dinner setting but loud. Took almost an hour to be served our two meals. Our pizza was cold, my steak and sides were all cold to touch. The server was nice enough to “fix the issue” by having them reheat the plate, making the meat tough. Our appetizer was hot and delicious but that’s about it. Unfortunate since we’ve heard great things about the place. Probably won’t return.

   Excellent service. Server gave us full attention. Oysters Rockefeller were exceptional. Already making plans to return.

    The Orchards never disappoints. The food was delicious, service was great, and we were seated in a private room which provided a fantastic experience. This is not the place to go for a cheap meal, but as my fellow diner said "I don't mind paying more when everything is this good!".
