   Went for my Dad’s 80th birthday. They did a wonderful job! The table was decorated and there was a card from the staff. Not too loud which is necessary for him. Food was excellent.

   Food great, Marcus was great, Bar Tender great, April great, had the 2 of the current Italian specials, both were cooked perfectly and temperature at set down was perfect. Nothing more to say. Will obviosuly be back.

   Food was mediocre at best. Nothing special and frankly a waste of money. I’d expect much better from The Palm. There are a lot of great options in that area. A business dinner meeting. Won’t be back.

   We had a great dining experience , from the moment we were seated the service was great. Raj our waitress provided exceptional service and knowledge of the menu. The lobster and steak were cooked to perfection; Anya the manager made sure that we had a great dining experience. I definitely will be dining here again.

   We entertained a client and our server Brianna really made dining a pleasure especially with the new items on menu, including a lamb shank that was good if not better as I have eaten in Atlanta. You should start the meal with the GiGi salad large enough for 3 people and the Palm has the "Best" creamed spinach on the planet to share. Save room for the Chocolate cake for dessert

   The food and ambiance was amazing. The manager stopped by a few times to chat which was nice. The lobster app was phenomenal. Our server Victoria was very attentive and accommodating. 5 stars

   My wife and I decided to eat here for our anniversary. The calamari was quite enjoyable. I was a little disappointed with my martini order, however. I specifically requested it with blue cheese stuffed olives. It only came with a single olive, which wasn't quite what I expected. Hopefully, next time, it will be made correctly. Our server said they only had one olive available. My steak was not cooked to my liking. A properly cooked meal is essential to a positive dining experience. It's disappointing when expectations aren't met, especially concerning something as fundamental as steak temperature. Waiting for a replacement meal certainly disrupted the flow of our pleasant evening, especially because it was our 16th anniversary. We asked for au gratin potatoes and spinach, and they didn't have creamed spinach. Overall, it was just ok, not what I was expecting.

    Normally high expectations would be a correct assumption for this well known eatery. My wife and I have frequented the Palm Restaurants nationwide for many years. Those in the know understand they are all a bit different size, ambiance, menu and so on. The general expectation for all is high quality food and service. The Atlanta iteration has lost some of luster. ie; Overcooked Salmon on the dry side, Veal chop less than outstanding but OK. No Baked Potatoes on the menu-Always been one of our favorites and for a steak house should not be eliminated. When making inquiry the answer from wait staff was not satisfying. The prices rival New York and LA with no real justification without an outstanding experience to accompany the price. Caution is suggested.
