What an amazing time! Excellent service from check in at entry desk to final bill. Great seating (in honor of anniversary?), lovely harpist, excellent waiter who exceeded our expectations. A champagne toast on the house plus chocolaty mini cake w candle. It couldn’t have been nicer. Would highly recommend … !!!

The whole experience was amazing. I was a bit late because of traffic and they still let us stay the hour. Our server was also so amazing he was sure to check on us multiple times through out the hour and am us feel special while taking care of his other tables. Best tea ever definitely will be coming back.

My daughter and I had a very enjoyable tea at the Palm Court to celebrate our birthdays and Mother’s Day. We were seated next to the fountain and the harpist - best seat in the house. Our server was excellent and gave us good tea recommendations. We couldn’t finish all the food but it was absolutely delicious. We really loved the scones and lemon curd. Could eat a whole plate of just that.

Bad experience 😪 I made a reservation 6 months ago to take my mom and daughter for mother's day. We got there at the time of our reservation, we had to wait 10 after our reservation time to get sited, while 4 more table got sited before us, why do not know... Finally at our table, we waited for a server, nobody came to our table. I approached the hostess to let her know that we still waiting for our server. Five minutes later our female server approached us asking us we we were ready to order? No apology, not welcome, not explaining of the menu. We request tea, she left and got back with the high tea three tier servings. The experience and service was not worth the $78 per person. I didn't not enjoy this expensive experience, so sad.

My son and I had the most wonderful time at The Palm Restaurant for afternoon tea. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the elegant ambiance—especially the breathtaking floral arrangement overhead that truly made the setting feel magical. The service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and never rushed. Our three-tier tray was beautifully arranged with a delicious variety of finger sandwiches, warm scones, and delicate pastries. The tea selection was impressive, and our chosen blends were both fragrant and soothing. It was such a relaxing and memorable afternoon. If you’re looking for a charming place to enjoy tea and quality time with loved ones, I highly recommend The Palm. We left feeling full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit.

My mom and I go to afternoon tea as a treat as frequently as we can. This was on the better end for ambiance, but the food had little to no flavor. It was a goal to eat at the Drake for afternoon tea, but the Peninsula was better!
