Paris’ first taproom brewery with a focus on quality beer; a tasting room where the product can be sampled and enjoyed with food from our scratch kitchen. On-site, beer, food and entertainment combines to create a local, cultural experience for residents and visitors alike.
Our bottle shop has a great selection of our fresh beer for you to take home to enjoy. We’re using our own hops grown on our farm in Paris as well as sourcing locally grown food and ingredients.

    Stephan was an awesome waiter! Attentive without being overbearing! While it was 6 o’clock on a saturday (packed house!) he managed all of his tables well! Atmosphere was cheerful and energetic as it always is and all in all is why i continue to see myself here often! amazing job to all paris beer staff!

    The Bang Shrimp was a delicious shareable appetizer. Halibut fish and chips and Pork Schnitzel was also delicious and portions were generous. There are many choices on the menu and great that they are made from scratch. Our waitress was very friendly and service was quick. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will return!

    Great food and beer was delicious. Great ambience. Wait staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. She gave us samples of beer to try. We will go back again.

    This place is fantastic! Last year when staying in Paris for a few days we ended up eating here twice because we loved it so much. This year we are travelling from one side of the province to the other and specifically planned our overnight layover to be in Paris so we could have dinner here and pick up some beers to go!

    As always, the food and service were excellent! The atmosphere was festive and lovely. Jeremy is always personable, friendly and professional. We love visiting the Paris Beer Company…oh, and the beer is exceptional…it’s like visiting Europe! Best not-so-well-kept secret!❤️
