Situated in the bustling heart of Dupont Circle is The Pembroke, a sophisticated dining destination. Featuring contemporary American fare with global influences, The Washington Post’s food critic Tom Sietsema described the experience as “cut from a different cloth." The Pembroke’s stunning design by Martin Brudnizki features plush velvet coral-toned banquettes around glossy marble tables, cream-paneled walls with playful artwork, and boasts panoramic views of the neighborhood, while a seasonal terrace offers al fresco dining from spring to fall. The marble-topped bar is a bright and airy nod to cocktail bars of the 1950s and features classic drinks with a twist and a selection of fine wines. Reserve your table today to see how “The Pembroke makes Dupont Circle a destination again.”

We had a fabulous brunch at The Pembroke yesterday! The food was exceptionally good, including the Brioche French Toast, the Pembroke American Breakfast, and a few orders of the Breakfast Sandwich. One of the members of our party was pleased to know that she could order the sandwich on gluten-free bread, which was a game changer for her! The service was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant is lovely. We will definitely return on our next visit to D. C.! Thank you for a wonderful brunch experience. I highly recommend The Pembroke!

The food was excellent, as always. But the hostess forgot about us waiting for our reserved table and the when we finally made it to the table, we waited 15min before a server even came by the table to offer water or coffee.

Food, service, environment, and everything about the experience was beyond amazing. Second time here and was just as pleased as we were the first time. My boyfriend and I really love this place and will be continuing to come back.

We waited over 20mn to be told our main course was on its way… and we left without having our main course after 3 tables that had arrived after us were having dinner before us. I have not experienced such poor service in years… very disappointed and still had to dish a couple hundred $.

Based on the reviews I thought this was going to be a much better experience. The service was definitely odd - each sever was nice but we had different people serving our table. Our food took about an hour to come out after our appetizers which was disappointing. The food was mediocre for the price we were paying. Unsure if we caught them at an off night but it was not worth the money we spent. The actual bar/layout was very pretty.
