   The Pepper Club had always been on our list as we stay at The English Hotel (attached hotel) a lot. Was unaware until we arrived that The Pepper Club had ditched their previous concept for something new. Kind of confused what the new concept is. It was a paper menu so maybe they are still trying to decide! They ditched the beautiful Sushi Bar for a Coffee Bar, but it still looks like a Sushi Bar. The interior didn’t change at all it seems much. Pretty generic. It looked like the entire staff was new. The normal people we had seen there for years were long gone unless we missed them all. In addition, in my understanding, with this being an original concept of chef Todd English, because of it being his hotel concept too, his name is now nowhere on The Pepper Club’s menu but another chef. The food was just ok, service just ok. I’d say they are going through an identity crisis. Hopefully they figure it out because it’s a great space and location!

   Overall it was a good place to eat. However, they has a very limited beer selection with no Mexican beers. It was extremely busy on Sunday for brunch and the food took a long time to arrive. The Bloody Mary mix was a little watered down. But is is a nice place off the strip.

   2 out of 4 dishes were VERY Good, Delicious, and perfect - (the Stracciatella and the Winter Squash). The Chicken Thighs alla Diavola was cooked masterfully well and was also delicious but wasn't spicy. Only the hot pepper that garnished the plate was painfully HOT. The only dish that really needs to be tweaked is the Potato Leek Cappelli. The pasta was perfect and well made but the pesto was lacking the walnut and cheese taste so the dish was overly plain. Service was good.

   What a place! Stopped in for brunch and the food was AMAZING! Ale was our server and she was so attentive, friendly and so nice! She's amazing. Definitely recommend this place and go see her!

   We there and they proceeded to tell us that an entire section of the menu was unavailanle. iSo we left. We were sad to not try it -we were staying at the hotel. The English Hotel.

   I had a nice experience at the restaurant but was disappointed to know the menu had changed. The food quality was great and I’m glad I tried the new menu, but it will probably not be as often.

   Service was very good. French toast was good. Chicken and waffles were ok. Waffle too hard and dry. Chicken great flavor and crunch. Dry on the inside. Drinks were great
