   I had the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. The shrimp was not grilled and not cooked properly, and now I am sick because of the undercooked shrimp. I have spoken with the Food and Beverage Manager, and he is going to take care of this situation. I am pleased with the outcome.

   The burgers were undercooked and needed to be sent back. Forgot to hold the honey on the chicken sandwich. Listed the reservation as a birthday for my daughter. Could have offered her a free dessert but didn’t .

   My salad was excellent but my husband’s burger was overcooked. The waitress did take the burger off the check. There was a large conference going on in the hotel which had the noise level in the adjoining bar as well as the restaurant overwhelming.

    Bruce was a wonderful waiter who patiently explained the menu and gave suggestions to better our meal experience. We added the cauliflower appetizer and the fruit pie dessert and they were both delectable. The only downside the burger was way too salty. They were so kind to accommodate us by seating us near the fire because it was so cold and snowy that evening.
