The Poop Deck at Sandyport, serving the freshest local catch for 21 years and counting. You pick it and we cook it is our motto when you select your catch of the day. Nassau Grouper, Snappers, Tuna, Conch & Stone Crab Claws that keep you wanting more. Our entrees are served with the traditional Bahamian Peas n Rice or fried plantains just to mention a few. Serving lunch and dinner Tuesday thru Friday and Breakfast Saturday & Sundays, closed on Mondays, let our dining experience complete your Bahamian vacation.

    The clinch chowder was very good! Also enjoyed the calamari and my wife had the sautéed grouper shared everything and it was delicious. Service was outstanding and the view of the harbor was beautiful.

    Absolutely wonderful experience from cocktails on the beach to the flavorful dinner inside with a cool breeze…our server was so friendly and attentive…my compliments to the chef!

    It was a fabulous dinner! Right on the beach! Served fish that was caught 2 hours before! Catered to gluten free as well. They made gluten free conch fritters! Delicious!! Service was outstanding!

    The Poop Deck was a great experience! Outside dining with a water view was just special. Our service was very attentive and the menu recommendations did not disappoint! I was impressed with the wide variety of the menu although we kept to basics- shrimp, fresh snapper, crab pasta!

    Taking the credit card away from the table on paying and disappearing out of site- just to return with the machine with a feeble excuse!- reeks of cloning! I will be watching my credit card bill closely!!

    The server was attentive. The lobster dim sum did not taste like lobster at all. The blackened snapper was cooked nicely and the coleslaw was tasty. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Friday night so there was not much of a vibe.

    The food was awful and for the money not worth it. No ambience on New Year's Eve and the maitre'd didn't want to seat us until our whole party was there but the restaurant was empty... yuck, blah, never again
