   The place is adorable. Very quaint with lots of character. The service people were really attentive. My companion had the meatloaf and it was excellent. I had the Brisket sandwich which was not quite as good. The best was overcooked as sliced way too thin. It became chewy. But we had a great time.

   Impeccable service and excellent meal as usual. Outdoor dining as requested and an amazingly interesting bruschetta for appetizer. Chicken fried steak melted in mouth. Perfect place for anytime or special occasion. Love the rotation of selections. Always something different to try. A real gem for midlothian!

   Porch Pour is a beautiful venue, but the food and service are not quite up to snuff, especially at this price point. Our table of four ordered three different appetizers (charcuterie, watermelon and marrow bones). They came out one at a time, ten minutes apart. The watermelon--a simple presentation with tajin, mint and a yogurt lime sauce--still had a soggy grocery store label stuck to its rind. The marrow was tasty but had grown cold. Our entrees arrived 20 minutes after we finished the last appetizer (nearly an hour after we ordered). My catch of the day was mixed seafood over pasta. The pasta had plainly sat a while under a warming lamp and was hopelessly sticky--a problem exacerbated by the paucity of any butter or oil in its caper and garlic sauce. The fish was overdone and dry. My companion's brisket was flavorful, but clearly cut from the untrimmed deckle so about a third of it was unrendered gobs of fat. The burgers were good and arrived only 5 minutes after the other entrees. Aside from very poor timing, service was generally unobjectionable other than a brief argument between two members of staff over the best way to bus an adjacent large table. The cocktails were excellent--the one with blueberry, bourbon and yogurt especially so. The peach cobbler thing we shared for dessert was ok, but not terribly memorable. I would really like to love this place. It's beautiful, both inside and out. But after three tries, I've decided it is genuinely mediocre. It'd be fine at half the price. At $50-$75+ per person (without drinks) it just disappoints.

   Miss Tina was wonderful!! Very pleasant and attentive!! The owner even stopped by to make sure we were happy!! We had chicken & waffles and brunch burger w/home fries. Food was really good! I’m sorry to say the dessert wasn’t good. Peach cobbler with no cobbler, just a bowl of peaches and the blueberry cheesecakish dessert that wasn’t sweet at all and the sauce containers were bigger than the pie slice itself. I would still go back just not for the dessert.

   We had a great experience. Tina was very attentive, answering our questions and providing recommendations as needed. The food was presented in an appealing way and then taste was delicious. We enjoyed our time and experience.

   The old house has been remodeled and done so well! The founders square is a cool experience and the farm to table food is a brilliant touch! I do wish there was more variety to choose from on the dinner menu. There was nothing I really wanted. The brunch menu looked amazing!

   Great Easter brunch and service the only downfall was the seating was in the lounge area on small tables and uncomfortable couches and chairs eventhough we thought we had book far enough in advance to have standard seating and at 10:30 in the morning.
