The Potting Shed is a place to meet, eat, drink, relax and chat your day and night away – where hanging plants, terracotta pots and timber beams meet brass, brick and iron. Where you can plant yourself down on the swing seat, bench or at the bar and feel like you are on your family’s porch.

It’s a lively place where you can hoe into fresh, locally harvested produce, delivered by our shed-hands. The same hands that will deliver you good-natured banter, craft beers on tap, great tasting wines and unique cocktails.

The menu offers cozy share options for groups, three course substantial meal choices for those wanting to make an evening of it and a fun selection of nibbles for people wanting a light after-work snack with their cocktails or a share jug amongst friends.

Beautifully styled with candles & rustic terracotta elements, enjoy a delicious 3-course set menu feast! T&C's: - Semi-private dining with all guests seated at a high table. - Groups under 16 guests will share the table; 16+ guests enjoy exclusive use. - Reservations are for 2.5 hours. - Not available between 2:15pm and 4:45pm. - Guests aged 16+ must dine on the group menu. - Dietary requirements must be confirmed 48 hours in advance; we'll do our best to accommodate. - Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. - Capacity: 10-20 guests. - 10% service charge applies. - Styling and set menu may change without notice.

The Potting Shed has a beautiful atmosphere, and the food was decent and served promptly. However, the service fell short. Despite mentioning a special occasion beforehand in the notes, it wasn’t acknowledged, nor were we asked about it. We had to ask for our meals and drinks order to be taken, and no one checked in to see if we were enjoying our food or if we needed anything. Essentials like water, plates for sharing and fresh drinks weren’t offered either—we had to request everything. At one point, I used a napkin as a plate. The lack of attentiveness and personal touch really dulled what could have been a memorable experience.

Unfortunately this place is so overrated and I don’t get the hype at all! The food isn’t great. We had the two pastas. The gnocchi was bland and stogy, the lamb rags full of fat and thick noodles. Kids meals were ok. But I wouldn’t bother, there are so many other great restaurants around where you don’t have to battle the insane crowd as well.

Not worth the $$ for food. We were 9mins late for our booking and upon arrival, there was already long queue for all the reservations before us so we ended up waiting 30mins which was fine as we were late, but what is the point of making an appointment if there is going to be a queue for the reservations? After sitting down, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we waited 1hour for our food to arrive! The beef burger patty was dry too and $18 for the theme drink that was suppose to be the “experience” was so not worth it. It literally tasted like watered down berry juice from Coles, a mocktale would probably be a better choice for $18.

Super cute place to eat! Very busy due to the Snow White event. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before any server came to us… my partner had to ask someone who was busy cleaning a table if someone could come take our order. Service was not that great.

Heard a lot about this place and have always wanted to check it out.. The only negative I have was waiter service took ages, asked for bill and left sitting for another 30mins Apart from this the rest of the venue and food was amazing
