Came here with my partner on Valentine’s Day and the service was amazing, the staff are very kind and attentive. We had the ribeye and the wagyu burger and both were delicious. I would skip cocktails here, the pomarita was incredibly salty and almost undrinkable. I saw a few tables even send their mixed drinks back. Would stick to the wine selection next time!

Server was welcoming and food was very good. Chicken and Waffles and Omelet were spot on. Convenience of being right at the hotel a big plus.

We were in need of a convenient dinner destination after an event for a group of colleagues. The Preserve provided that but was disapppinting overall. The menu, which I made the mistake of not reviewing beforehand, was extremely limited. It was telling that all eight members of our party ordered the same entree - less a display of similar tastes and more a matter of zeroing in on the best of some very limited options. Our server was nice but seemed ill prepared for the task - having to leave the table and return twice for paper when he came to take our order. This fits the need as a convenient hotel restaurant but has very little else to recommend it.

Horrible experience. Took forever to get served. Management was just standing around not helping. This property (The JW) felt more like a self serve Holiday Inn. Poorly ran.

The service was respectable. The ambiance was nice and gives off great restaurant vibes. The whole experience falls apart with the food to price ratio. The quality of the food suggests that the buffet price should be cut in half.
