   Great staff, From the hostess to the waitstaff we had a great experience. We were a party of five on Thanksgiving. Food was tasty and plentiful. Great time

   We had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at PumpHouse. Gavin, our waiter, was very professional and made our evening a very pleasant one. We all enjoyed the experience and made reservations for the Christmas Eve dinner.

   We had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated initially. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience for my family's first time. Chloe the server was awesome!

   The food and service were excellent as always. That is something that is always dependable at the pump house. We made our reservation the first day they advertised the thanksgiving day special and were very excited. I guess I must have missed a place to indicate seating location, I think we got the one table in the restaurant with no window or view of the river. Which was disappointing, but probably my error for not indicating a table with a view on our reservation request. Otherwise it was a lovely meal, as always. The servers, staff, and food were great!

   Pork chop was good but ordered medium both parties a little over cooked chefs really have to figure out how to not overcook a pork chop. it doesn’t have to be well done all the time. Service was great . My wife didn’t love all the extra things in the grits . A little too much of extra stuff . Grits and butter and cram and shrimp and sausage should do it. She wasn’t sure what all the extras were in it.

   I had a Carolina Mixed Green salad and added blackened shrimp. The shrimp was undercooked and I also have an allergy to tomatoes. I requested from the waitress no tomatoes and my salad came with tomatoes. My friend had the chicken biscuit and the breading itself was undercooked. Neither one of us complained since it was, per the waitress, her second shift. However, I will not be coming back for brunch. I have never had an issue with lunch or dinner. This was my first brunch and last brunch experience.

   The service was fantastic. This is my second experience of not so good food. The first time was dinner. I had the pork chop. Very tuff, I could not cut it with a steak knife. Sent it back, no improvement when they brought it back. I just brought it home and threw it out. I decided to give them a second chance. This time it was Sunday brunch. I had the omelet special of the day with Cajun potato hash. The omelet had no flavor and was very bland. The hash was over-fried potato cubes with nothing else. no peppers, no onions, nothing except rubbery potato cubs. The dessert was supposed to be peach cobbler cheesecake. No peaches, no peach flavor. It was topped with strawberries and caramel syrup. I did not complain to the manager because I had 3 guests, and I did not want to send my food back and then have to eat after everyone else was finished. Two bad experiences are enough. Will not be back for the third strike.

    Excellent service…..very good food! Because it was dark, not much of a view from the third floor inside.
