The concept is a tad confused, it's set out to be tapas but is still served as starters, mains and deserts, if I'm honest I struggle to see how it's Filipino, it's a series of mainstream dishes from different cuisines with a sauce or garnish that somehow makes it "fusion". Having said that both the quality and cooking of food is good if slightly overpriced. Initially the service was poor, the waitress couldn't answer the most basic of questions about the menu, then one of the 3 serving staff (and seemingly the most competent) put his coat on and left, no idea whether he was scheduled to leave or had just had enough, at that point the already poor service went to hell, 2 servers are now covering the entire restaurant, delivering meals, taking orders and more importantly making cocktails from scratch for some of the larger tables. We were given a desert menu but after 10 minutes no one had come to see if we wanted anything so we just gave up and I eventually flagged a server to ask for the bill. After another 10 minutes of waiting to pay the bill I went and stood at the bar to force the issue, if I'd felt it wouldn't have wasted another 10 minutes I would've requested they remove the 12.5% service charge they added because frankly given the service we received it felt a bit like being mugged. Honestly wouldn't return or recommend it given my experience.

We visited for an anniversary and what a treat. Every dish was absolutely stunning and full of flavour. I am now in a food coma. I couldn’t fault it. HUGE compliments to the chef and all the staff for such a memorable experience.

Lack of choice with menu. Starter came before drinks but we did wait sometime for the starter to come.

The good points. Food was fab and cocktails were fab too. The bad points. My main came out with the starters. So when my friends got their main. I had nothing. The waiter said I could have a free dish. But when the bill came he charged us for it. Also. The cocktails were 2 for £16 but yet again they charged full price so had to query that. My advice .. check your bill !!

Nestled in the charming town of Ewell, there’s a small restaurant that serves up some of the most incredible Filipino cuisine you’ll ever taste. The service is amazing, the prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious. The tuna tartare, sea bream kinilaw, and picanha are highly recommended.

Delicious food with a great choice of gluten free options. Service is best described as enthusiastically haphazard.
