   I love the music and the ambiance. Food is good. Our server is pleasant, but a bit too busy to serve us though. She could use a slight help.

   The Rec Room itself is fun, but I would not recommend the restaurant. We were a group of 11, and it took us about 2.5 hours to eat (very slow service and the restaurant was not even half full). The food came out at different times, so by the time the last people got served, the first people were almost done eating. The food is below average for pub-style.

   The food and drinks are good. Good spot for meet-ups and you have the arcade as well.

   Hosted my sons surprise party and they were amazed by the fun atmosphere, we had great service, and so much laughter 😃 I will.go again for sure!!

   My girlfriend and I dined here for Valentine’s Day in 2025. The food was good and the waiter, Luke, was very helpful and kind as well. Would come back. I’ve dined at the rec room at Brentwood as well and both occasions have been consistently pleasant.

   The space is definitely great for games, but MAN was the service AWFUL! It took SO LONG to get drinks on the game floor. The line up was long and there was only one person making the drinks as well as manning the cash register. And MAN WAS HE SLOW!!!! I dont understand why it would be so understaffed because budget definitely didn't seem to be an issue since i saw more than 10-15 staff just randomly walking around the game floor for security which was absolutely unnecessary! This is not a casino bro lol. Anyway, I will definitely go again because it's a place where you can kill time playing the games, but never ordering food or cocktails. Stick to bottled beers and eat beforehand 😂

    Minimal level of customer service, especially considering a new establishment. All staff seem confused on operations and poor communication amongst themselves. Lots of staff on the floor, but no one available that knows what they’re talking about. Food was subpar.
