   I have visited many Four Seasons and am always blown away by amazing service which is why this experience fell a little flat. I made a reservation more than a week in advance for The Remedy bar on my birthday to try out the famous Haute Chocolate. When I made the reservation, I was able to select “outdoor seating” as an option, which we were very excited about. When we arrived, the host said she didn’t have our reservation (despite the fact that she had sent me a message about the reservation that vary same day) and then rudely explained to me that they wouldn’t take outdoor reservations anyways. I made an attempt to show her my existing reservation and she repeatedly kept saying they didn’t have it. She finally showed us to a table inside and put us on a long waitlist for an outdoor table. Despite it not being very busy, we sat for 10+ minutes before being greeted and the it took 15 more minutes to bring out a single beer. The $25 Haute Chocolate was divine and definitely a fun treat, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing, especially for a 30th birthday celebration.

   We reserved a spot in the outdoor terrace which is very nice and unique, with a Fireplace and an excellent view. The food was good and the servers were nice. A different experience for an after skiing day.

   Nada extraordinario el restaurante, el chocolate rico un poco dulce, si te encanta el dulce pues te gustara! la comida muy normal, pedí tacos de camarón sentí la tortilla cruda ósea sin calentar no sé si me explico, les recomiendo que no coman solo tomen el chocolate que es lo famoso de aquí y está bueno. Por que esta muy caro para la comida que ofrecen

   Terrible food and very little served. A few hors d’oeuvres that were not very good. Not worth $300 per person. Bad cheap champagne the only drink included in the price, all other drinks charged extra. DJ was ok. Service was good - staff very friendly.

   Absolutely terrible experience. Made a reservation months ago but apparently the restaurant wasn’t honoring reservations because they wanted to set up for their party early. It was a 5p reservation with two young kids. They offered to sit us outside (it was 6 degrees outside) and when I restated I had a reservation for dinner (they agreed I had a reservation) they finally found us a high top at the bar. So so loud. Food was fine- but I’ve had great food all week in vail with much better service. I can’t believe this is a four seasons. Will never return.

   The service was absolutely terrible! I’ve never been so disappointed at a restaurant let alone a Four Seasons restaurant! The 3 host were extremely rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful! We were a group of 13 and will never go there again

   Excelente lugar con una vista privilegiada. Lo mejor fue la galleta en sartén y el chocolate caliente!! La comida muy buena.

   Not a nice experience at all. The very first thing that waiters told us was “if you are here for the chocolate you guys have to wait at least 40 minutes more”. They didn’t offer water or anything we have to re call them to get food, and they were not nice at all. The chocolate is great but for the cost it’s not valuable. It’s a turist trap. Not recommended at all.

   We ordered the charcuterie board and it was very sparse - small portions of cheese. Additionally, they gave us 4 crackers and most of them were broken pieces.

    Staff was very helpful accomodating our request to change locations due to weather. Had a very memorable experience.
