Pleasant overall experience but noisy and very slow. Long wait for food and cocktails. Great high top table by the window. Yummy Bloody Mary made in-house. Friendly staff.

Service was great, very personal. And food was delicious. Kitchen didn’t hesitate to make substitutions and modifications to accommodate our requests. All 6 of us were impressed. George, the manager, very hands on and Grayson, our waiter, most attentive. Thanks, guys! See you again soon.

Always a great place to dine. Service and food are excellent. Brought guests attending Winterfest and they were very impressed with one of Blowing Rock’s restaurants. Thanks for making all of our experiences memorable!🥂

We enjoyed our experience at Embers. Dined at at table beside the bar. Food was very good and the portions were generous. Nice selection of wines and craft cocktails. Given the arrangement of the restaurant and bar, right off of and open to lobby, the level of noise in the restaurant can be high. There was a table of eight on the main area near the fireplace and their voices were load. To the point of distracting other guests. Might benefit from acoustic sound panel to reduce the noise level. Overall, a very good experience.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. Accommodating of children —they do have a separate (cheaper) kids menu which both the children and I appreciated.

We had a wonderful meal with the somewhat limited menu. Prices a little high but in keeping with other local higher end restaurants. Would like to see some vegetarian options as a meal and not just sides put together. Maybe a curried lentil dish with rice, or fried tofu with sautéed veggies. Just a thought! It is a bit noisy but not over powered by music. Would definitely go back!
