First time out at Wonderverse Admittedly, I give it 4 out of 5 which could have easily been 5 out of 5. One of my Macaroni Balls dropped before it arrived to me. Wasn’t a big deal they gave a dessert option as equivalent for the mishap. To go plates, my woman didn’t like the quality of them and to add to that, there was no plastic bags for them to go in. We had to go to a store so many feet away and get one. That was kinda unacceptable to me. We still left a tip regardless. There was no way it could be 5/5 though with those two things happening.

Appetizers were good, pasta was terrible and bar service was terrible. Food runners were very nice and game room was fun. Management was nice.

Took a long time to get served and our food wasn’t spaced out in a good manner. Apps and mains were served at the same time. And it took over 15 min to be greeted by our server. The hostess was WONDERFUL however.

This is a great place to hang with friends. The food is expensive but I loved the pulled jackfruit.

We went here for my daughter‘s 10th birthday on a Thursday. We were so excited since we found out they opened! When we got there, we noticed it was unusually empty, which we figured because it was a Thursday. We were so happy we had the entire place to herself basically However, the food was not good at all. My daughter wanted a special drink for her birthday with the blueberries the fruit. It was so sour wasn’t good at all. My wings had like an old taste to it, which I eventually took them home and threw them out. And our waitress would disappear for long periods of time. Since they closed at 10 PM, we were limited as to how long we can play the games. However, the ambience was super nice the games they were OK. I haven’t really decided if we were going to visit again it wasn’t really a good look for our first visit for my daughter‘s birthday, but oh well what you gonna do. It was kinda as if the staff was just over it and ready to go home because when we got there at 7:30 and they closed at 10 PM.

The food was not good. Everyone at my table was served warm strawberry lemonades with 3 ice cubes a piece,The waitress was dry and seemed to have an attitude. The chicken and waffle dish was not good at all. It was a large chicken breast that was cooked too long and it was dry. The description on the menu said it was supposed to be a thigh!🤷🏽‍♀️We knew the difference. However, The arcade was fun. The kids and adults enjoyed the experience. The cards for playing the games were reasonably priced. If I did go back, it would only be to try the drinks at the bars, play in the arcade and try the VR games and the interactive movies.

The food was overseasoned especially the burger, fries, and fried pickle spears. The desserts were overpriced.

The restaurant seems like it could be nice, but no one seemed to sure what to do. We came in for lunch and were told the brunch buffet was closed. Which was fine because we were happy to order off the menu, but when we sat down we were told to goto the buffet that they were taking away and no one was sure if they were serving lunch. Our waitress took 15 minutes to get over. She seemed overloaded. Long story short everyone was trying but no one seemed to know what to do. Honestly nothing was bad but if they were able to communicate with us it would have made the experience so much better.
