The Ringling Grillroom is a Modern American restaurant and a favorite go-to for special occasions and casual lunch get-togethers alike. Located on the ground floor of the McKay Visitor's Pavilion at the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, we are open to visitors of the museum as well as the general public. Once again another great meal at The Grillroom. We enjoyed the crab cake and the G-Burger meals as well as the atmosphere sitting outside on the patio. We LOVE this place.

Food was slow because they booked a party of 20 in the upstairs area which slowed things down in the kitchen. Waitress was apologetic and accommodating. We had a wonderful time in spite of the slow delivery of our meal.

We ate there prior to attending Anna in the Tropics at Asolo. It’s convenient to the theatre and food is top notch. This is not our first time there and won’t be our last. Thank you Julia for your service.

We had a very enjoyable dinner here with a friend. On the recommrenaton of our server, I had the scallops and shrimp polenta. It was excellent.. My wife enjoyed the fish tacos and our guest had a huge club sandwich and soup. All were very satisfied. Setting was pleasant, and while busy, it was easy to hold a conversation.,

Every time I go to this restaurant there is not enough staff for the amount of reservations they accept.Everyone is racing around ...this is not a relaxing place bro have lunch.They charged $3 for 2 rolls...I mean really?

We arrived a few minutes early for our 4"30pm reservation and a long line of visitors were at the check in table. We politely waited while the manager and his young assistant addressed and seated the people ahead of us. When we reached the head of the line and spoke about having a reservation, the manager told us he had just given away our reserved table to the party ahead of us who didn't have reservations! I explained that we had waited very politely and patiently for him to address the people ahead of us, he said we should have spoken up aloud at the front desk/ head of the line that we had reservations. He also noted that his staff should announce to the line that people with reservations take precedence from now on! Lesson learned for future visits!? Our food, service, and experience from that point on was quite good. We are regular frequent customers and adore there servers and the food. We look forward to continued good experiences. The chef came out and spoke with us, also. Very nice.
