Brilliant welcome and food was amazing. Service wasn't rushed had time between courses and food boiling hot. Real value for money and lovely surroundings.

Still the nicest Sunday lunch around. We took our 3mth old pup this time for his 1st restaurant visit. The staff were very kind and welcoming and helped make our experience with him very easy. He slept under the table, no fuss!

Lovely food and atmosphere. The host was amazing! Loved that there were games to play while waiting for food. Great choice of ciders. Would recommend :)

Throughly enjoyable evening and meal. Staff were very polite, attentive but not overly. We weren’t rushed and felt very relaxed. We played games which were provided for children with our little boy whilst we waited for our food. Ambiance was perfect. Would highly recommend “The Rising Sun” for a meal out
