Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

    The waitress was not as attentive as the other waiters/ waitresses. She was polite but not as attentive as others. Food was excellent. We had a good anniversary in spite of it. Thank you!!

    Ruxton's was fantastic. I had the Bone-in-Delmonico steak, cooked to a PERFECT medium, with truffle butter as an accoutrement, I could not be more satisfied with my choice. I have eaten at plenty of steak houses on par with Ruxton's, but my meal at Ruxton's was as good as the very best of them, if not better. I would recommend Ruxton's to anyone as a top notch dining experience!

    What a beautiful restaurant! The perfect place for my Husband’s birthday dinner! They treated us like royalty and our server, Jordan, was a sweetheart. Can’t wait to return!

    Phenomenal. While the food and ambiance are both wonderful, the service is outstanding! Every team member made my husband and I feel meticulously attended to while we enjoyed his birthday dinner. A birthday card with a handwritten note was a great special touch. Well done Ruxton! It was a pleasure!
