Nestled in Tequesta, lays a reimagined Florida bistro experience like you’ve never seen before. Utilizing classic European cooking techniques, rooted in tradition, and reimagining traditional French dishes with fresh and fun takes on classic bistro faire.

Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice our bar and lounge equipped with oversized couches and plush accent chairs providing the perfect space to enjoy our happy hour bites menu our original and tropical easy drinking “Florida Cocktails".

With a chef-driven menu highlighting our scratch kitchen including housemade charcuteries, pastas, local vegetables, ice cream. The recipes by chef & managing partner David Chapman combine a unique approach of David’s French, Italian, and vegetarian cooking backgrounds presented in a simple, but clean and elegant style of plating.

Through David’s travels and running Michelin rated restaurants in Chicago, he has always kept the same philosophy “high quality ingredients equal high quality dishes.”

Four went for dinner. Our server was great. She was professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Cocktails, nice touch on the coup, a little skimpy. Soft shell crab bit a lot to the dish, body mostly gone. Limited menu if one does not eat meat.

Our server was attentive early on. Less so as the evening progressed even though the restaurant was less crowded after 7pm. One of our party was served about 10 minutes prior to the rest of us, so his meal was cold after he politely waited for the rest of us to be served. Our dessert plate was chipped with sharp edges of glass. I mentioned it and that should have been taken off of our bill. We had a great experience the first time we went but will probably not return. Sad, because it’s in our neighborhood and we like support local businesses.

The Salty Zebra is a nice implant in Tequesta / Jupiter Fl , as the decor and ambience was excellent. Staff and service we’re exceptional and food was delicious. A little bit overpriced but most restaurants are these days as everything has gotten much more expensive. Definitely a must for food lovers !

So happy I found this little gem to celebrate my anniversary ! Food was delicious. Service excellent and the ambience/ decor just the perfect mix of old Florida with a new twist. Love the fact that they source from local farms. Can’t wait to go back and with my friends and family🌴
