They cancelled the booking a day or two before, I didn't manage to book anywhere else. A few friends left their job earlier because of this booking. This was very wrong. I didn't try the food or the service but I give 1 star because I never experienced such a thing specially during Christmas.

The food was great, the venue looked very good, but the service was very slow. They were good and nice, but very slow. When we arrived it was only one person covering the floor, definitely not sufficient. The management should definitely make some changes in their roasters and add more staff.

Service was very poor. Asked the main manager for things at different occasions throughout the meal, for example my friend asked for a fork as there was none set at his seat and the no one came back. The wait for drinks was very slow. Waiting at least 10minutes in between meals. Then we asked for the bill and we waited 15mins and no one came back with the bill. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. Food was nice and everywhere was very clean and appealing. Service let it down.

-Taken to seat immediately and handed menus... then it started to go wrong -Waited ages and ages for anyone to return for even our drink order! -As service poor we just ordered a main (both good) BUT waited 45 minutes for them -Service of Dining staff terrible. Had to constantly watch out for anyone at all to find for help. -They forgot about our 2nd drinks order completely and had to find alternate staff to replace. -Staff friendly when they arrived at our table but stressed and looking around a lot (distracted) -We were going to a concert in the 3Arena so supposed to be a nice meal prior but sadly it didn't kick start our evening too well. :-(

Menu: was ok, not fantastic Portion size small in comparison to price. Starter of potatoe skins dry and no taste. Bar- not fully stagged- had to go to main restaurant door to get a staff member to serve drink. Asked for a hot whisky was told she didn't know how to make that. Value for money poor No atmosphere in bar

Very understaffed… received my pornstar martini in a small glass as they ran out of proper glasses. Food nice but staff couldn’t cope with the crowd. People waiting 20+ mins for their bill. 30mins for the drink. Wouldn’t recommend
