    Best burger in town. If you are lucky enough to have Mike V as your waiter and Haley as your bartender you will be assured of a great time. Always a friendly, happy vibe and the food is consistent from visit to visit. We'll be back soon.

    Apple butternut squash soup was delicious as was the omelette of the day. Love the bloody Mary’s here too. Great food and creative cocktails!

    This was our first time dining at this restaurant. We had reservations and were sat down upon arrival. We were sat at a booth near the large bar area. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively. Our waiter, Sergio was excellent. Greeted us quickly and was personable and friendly. His recommendations were perfect. Salads were fresh and well proportioned. The short rib special was flavorful, fresh and also well proportioned. The food was excellent!! Highly recommended The Shanty and will definitely be back.

    Revisited this fine establishment for our anniversary meal after spending one of our very first dates here. Our server Karen was considerate of our special day and provided perfect service. The food was well prepared and hit the mark on every course that hit the table. The Shanty is a special restaurant and a must-go for anyone on the fence of trying something new.

    Elevated bar food. Waiter very nice and attentive. It was very noisy when we first arrived but later quieted down. We had yam fries as an appetizer which were very good. We also ordered a burger, a salmon entree and a chicken sandwich. Party that had chicken sandwich said it was dry. Other dishes were good. Salmon was cooked to perfection.
