Staff really laid back and not providing enough service and seemed disorganised. Food was good pub style

We arrived at the venue five minutes before our booking and staff looked surprised that we said we had booked. Our table was booked for indoors, and they told us the only seats they had available were outside. We waited nearly an hour for our main meals to come out, and all meals were brought out 10 minutes apart, so we couldn’t eat together. Very disappointing experience. The food was good though

Nice place, friendly staff and good range of beers. Frustratingly their booking system was apparently down so there our table booking for 7 wasn’t there which caused headaches. A couple of taps were out and a number of beers we ordered were then told they didn’t have them.

If the food was good, this place would be rated higher. The burgers were so over cooked they were hard to swallow. The pretzels were dense, hard, doughy and tasteless. The guacamole was some sort of creamy, vaguely avocado flavored dip. The broccolini jalapeño Mac and cheese was tasteless. The atmosphere was fun and the service pretty good. I hope the food improves!
